Our Technology

SoundOn’s wireless products to date operate on a 2.4GHz frequency providing “Crystal Clear” digital sound. SoundOn’s products use high performance audio designs implementing digital amplifiers, noise-canceling algorithms, integrated-multi-sound-chambers, and more.
SoundOn believes educating our customers will allow them to understand and appreciate the value of our technologies and products. Feel free to contact us for more information.
Adaptive Frequency Hopping (AFH)
AFH gives SoundOn’s headphones a mind of their own. Other wireless headphones hop “blindly” constantly within the frequency they are operating in. This means other headphones hop in and out of clear channels. With AFH SoundOn’s headphones never hop “blindly”. SoundOn’s headphones will search for, find, and adapt to only the clearest channel available. This means, if the headphones are already in the clearest available channel then they will remain in that channel until a clearer one is available. The result is “Crystal Clear” digital sound.
Point-One Technology
Point-One Technology is SoundOn’s built-in sub woofer design. While other traditional headphones only provide the listener stereophonic sound, all of SoundOn’s headphones provide stereophonic sound plus a built-in sub woofer allowing the listener to enjoy all the low frequency sound co-existing with the music of life.
Patented Dual-Speaker chambers
Dual-Speaker chambers are a part of SoundOn’s Point-One Technology. All of SoundOn’s 2.1 headphones employ this unique acoustic chamber design eliminating the old stereophonic sound and enhancing it with a built-in sub woofer.
Patented Multi-Chamber Technology
Multi-Chamber Technology is SoundOn’s unique 5.1 acoustic chamber design. This patented configuration is the only “true” 5.1 configuration for a headphone, period. The Multi-Chamber positions 6 speaker drives (3 in each ear cup) with perfect Depth, perfect Direction, accomplishing perfect Phase in 5.1 digital channels (5DDP).
5DDP (5.1 Channels, Depth, Direction, and Phase)
5DDP is the four standards that must be met in order to achieve “true” 5.1 Surround Sound as it was defined and pioneered by Dolby Labs. Each of the speaker drives are placed perfectly, with the exact same Depth and Distance from a given focal point in the listener’s ear. Perfect Depth and Direction equals sound in perfect Phase. The slightest deviation from this and the sound will be “out-of-phase.” Now, transfer the audio data digitally across 5.1 channels and the result is the truest 5.1 Surround Sound in a headphone found any where in the world.
Patented Multi-Channel Equalizer (MCE)
The MCE separates every sound from the original sound source into perfect Depth and Direction in order that 5DDP may be achieved.
